Jennifer Parrott is the Administrative Director of Knoxville Orthopaedic Surgery Center (KOSC) in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has been with KOSC for nearly 10 years, beginning her career as an Operating Room Circulator and advancing into leadership roles including Total Joint Manager, Quality Improvement Manager, Sterile Processing Manager, and Clinical Educator With over 19 years as a nurse and 15 years in perioperative care, she is passionate about perioperative nursing, quality improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence. Jennifer is actively involved in multiple professional organizations and currently serves as President of the AORN East Tennessee Chapter 4301.
